Handmade in our Los Angeles atelier, the Rosh Hashanah Grand Coffret is a generous holiday assortment designed for gifting and shared tasting. It brings together dark chocolate, vegan milk and vegan white chocolate, candied fruit, nuts, and fruit-forward pâtes de fruit in a celebratory presentation.

Includes:

• Chocolate-covered orange wheels: 4 candied orange wheels enrobed in dark chocolate.
• Chocolate petals: 10 total — 3 vegan milk chocolate with dried pear and hazelnut; 2 vegan milk chocolate with strawberry and pistachio; 3 dark chocolate with dried pomegranate and caramelized cocoa nibs; and 2 vegan white chocolate with passion fruit and caramelized cocoa nibs.
• Candied fruits: An assortment of orange, lemon, and ginger.
• Assorted chocolate squares: 18 total — 3 each of Almond & Orange; Raspberry; Fig, Prune, Date & Almond; Black Sesame; Passion Fruit; and Apple Vanilla Pâte de Fruit.

For the best texture and flavor, enjoy within two weeks of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odors. Refrigeration is not ideal, but it can be used temporarily when conditions are too hot or humid; keep the chocolates well sealed and allow them to return gradually to a cool room temperature before opening.
