Our collaboration, composed as a twelve-piece tasting. The Coffee with Cloe × Maison Noten Classic Box brings together ten bonbons and two white chocolate petals: coffee ganache, autumn flavors, pralinés, and a bright finishing note.

At the heart of the collaboration is a special coffee ganache recipe developed together with Cloe, using her favorite coffee beans. Smooth ganache brings the character of her coffee into a handcrafted Maison Noten bonbon.

Handcrafted in our Los Angeles atelier, this curated box moves from coffee and pumpkin pie ganache to salted caramel, popcorn, pumpkin seed, and coconut, finished with white chocolate petals, caramelized hazelnut, and raspberry. Made for a generous gift or a shared tasting.

For the best texture and flavor, enjoy within two weeks of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odors. If temporary refrigeration is needed in hot or humid conditions, keep the chocolates well sealed and allow them to return gradually to a cool room temperature before opening.
