At Maison Noten, every product is handcrafted and made with perishable ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

NO RETURNS

We do not accept returns of any products for food safety, quality control, and health compliance reasons.

Once a product has left our possession, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

NO REFUNDS

All purchases are final.

Maison Noten does not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Personal taste preferences
• Incorrect ordering by the customer
• Unused products
• Partially consumed products
• Delayed consumption by the customer
• Failure to read ingredient or allergen information
• Orders refused upon delivery
• Missed pickup appointments
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Requests submitted without supporting documentation may not be eligible for review.

Maison Noten reserves the sole right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial credit, or other resolution will be offered.

We are not obligated to provide a refund.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Maison Noten is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Carrier disruptions
• Mechanical failures
• Acts of God
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, responsibility for transit timing rests with the carrier.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, decoration, shape, weight, texture, packaging, and presentation may occur.

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

Our products are produced in facilities that handle ingredients including:

• Tree nuts
• Peanuts
• Sesame
• Dairy
• Soy
• Wheat
• Eggs

Cross-contact may occur.

Customers with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns should contact us before placing an order.

Maison Noten does not guarantee that any product is free from allergens.

PICKUP ORDERS

Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders during designated pickup hours.

Products not collected on the scheduled pickup date may be discarded, donated, or otherwise disposed of at Maison Noten's discretion without refund or credit.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Maison Noten directly before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, pickup confirmation, communications, photographs, and other supporting evidence.
